Protocol Initiation Form (PIF)
The Protocol Initiation Form (PIF) alerts the SRC Administration
office that a new research project is in the works. The PIF is used
to create an administrative study file for budget and contract
information. This administrative file will have a specific Study
Number which is a unique identifier that will remain with the study
throughout it's history within the institution.
